Ivan The Terrible is rich, complex, and intense. Sifting through the darkness, you will find flavors of dark chocolate, dried fruit, and bourbon. Drink now or lay down as this beer will assuredly evolve over time. Aged in American oak bourbon barrels.

Kettlehouse: Freezeout Barrel Aged Stout
With a chocolaty sweetness up front, this beer was aged in whiskey barrels for 6 months- the oak wood naturally adding a delicate hint of vanilla to this smooth, decadent brew.

Fremont: Rusty Nail BA Imperial Stout
The Rusty Nail begins life as The First Nail, an oatmeal stout of epic proportions with brewer’s licorice, smoked barley, and pale malt and is then aged on cinnamon bark. She becomes The Rusty Nail after spending 15 months in 12-year old bourbon barrels. The Rusty Nail pounds your palate, challenges your perception of all that you’ve known of beer, and leaves you wanting … another sip.

Fremont: Barrel Aged Dark Star Oatmeal Stout
This year’s release of B-Bomb is aged in 8–12-year-old American Oak bourbon barrels and is a blend of 9, 12, and 24-month old barrel-aged Winter Ale. B-Bomb achieves distinct bourbon, oak, cacao, leather, toffee, and dark coffee notes from its extended barrel aging and barrel blending. Each barrel contributes a different note, and combining each barrel to create a coherent tone is a distinct art and true pleasure. Please do enjoy this unique barrel-aged ale today, but know that B-Bomb will age gracefully for at least another 5 years.

Duvel Rum BA Pale Ale
Great news from the cellars of our brewery! The sixth batch of Duvel Barrel Aged is ready. After the Duvel Barrel Aged success of last year, our brewers made a Barrel Aged matured in Jamaican rum casks. It is a unique beer (11% ALC) that was brewed with respect for the authentic taste of Duvel, but with a surprising Jamaican twist and sweet, powerful rum notes of vanilla, dried fruit and oak. It's an absolute first.

Chardonnay
The Chardonnay grape thrives in Washington's loam and sand soils - deposits left from the Missoula floods.  These soils help influence flavors within our Chardonnay fruit that are both rich and developed, with hints of mineral and stone fruit.Our Chardonnay carries on our signature style of producing clean, high acid, fruit driven wines. The wine counters with wonderful texture and a slight density, making it a complex and quite delicious wine. 2011 set the bar for our Chardonnay quality in one of the coolest years on record.  Since that time we have been able to apply what was learned there in recreating that style.

Grenache Blanc Range
Range Grenache Blanc is a crisp, high acid wine of incredible purity, grown high in the hills toward the southern reaches of the Columbia Valley. 
For five years we searched our state high and low for this grape - the white version of the Grenache grape that we love so much.  For five years we came up empty handed.  Late in the fall of 2018 we heard rumor of a new planting of Grenache Blanc in the lower Yakima Valley.  Art den Hoed and his son John, who also grow Cabernet Franc for our Rosé had planted a two-acre parcel as an experiment.  We struck gold!  Often used in the Rhone valley of France in white blends, Grenache Blanc lends itself to many different winemaking styles.  The grape offers wonderful freshness, acidity, and the most mind-bending array of flavors. We love a bit of tension in our white wines where there is competition between the vibrance of acidity and the complexity of flavor.  This wine is chalked full of bright citrus, along with pineapple notes. An incredibly crisp profile bookends the wonderfully flawless, creamy mid-palate. It is a tremendously refreshing and expressive wine. We continue to be impressed by this lot in only its third release.

Columbia Valley Merlot
The Merlot grape is responsible for establishing Washington State as one of the preeminent growing regions for Bordeaux varieties the world over.  It was also the initial and most influential variety in the founding of Revelry Vintners.  Merlot is all about balance, silky smooth mouthfeel, and well rounded flavors, that when done right linger on and on.  We source our Merlot across the Columbia Valley, finding sweet spots for the grape on consistent soft grades, with moderate heat and good air drainage.  This is the sole recipient of American Oak barrels in our lineup of wines, as Merlot tends to be accepting of the big sweet flavors that those barrels impart from their firing.  This wine is a crowd favorite.

Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvingnon 
The 'King of Grapes' thrives throughout the Columbia Valley with many different expressions. At Revelry, we gravitate toward the warmest of growing sites which yield fuller flavors and more balanced wines. This 2019 release offers aromas of rose petal, blackberry and pomegranate.  The flavor profile is a beautiful interplay of bramble fruit, blueberry, fresh fig and elegant textures, all leaving an impression that lingers on the palate without end.
 
Syrah/Grenache, Range
Range is a blend of Grenache
from the southern reaches of Washington State, and Syrah grown 100 miles to the north. The product of two classic Rhone varietals, each grown in vastly distinct locales, this wine is a sultry, and incredibly balanced array of flavor. It is the extent to which, or the limits between which variation is possible.
 

Columbia Valley "The Reveler" Red Blend
The 2019 vintage of our limited release cuvee is a fitting follow up to the record setting 2018 vintage, which sold at auction for $100,000 in the spring of 2022. Produced from all five classic Bordeaux varieties, both wines share dense structure, developed, silken, mid-palate textures, and a food friendly nature. This new vintage has great acid, a distinct freshness, and a beautifully long finish. Decant and swirl this wine vigorously to coax out its full potential.
 
Aerials D11 Cabernet Sauvignon
Planted in 1985, Dionysus Block 11 Cabernet Sauvignon is really as good as it gets for old vine Cabernet Sauvignon in Washington State.  We worked with this fruit for three years before releasing it as a standalone wine as part of the AERIALS Series, dialing in our approach.  All along the fruit was top-notch.  Each vineyard and each block - even different sites of the same clone - are wildly unique.  This is Terroir.  This being the case, it takes a lot of time, many trials and various iterations to make the best wine possible from each individual site.  Finally, the wines we are creating from this site are everything we had hoped they would be.

Dionysus Vineyard Block 11 Cabernet Sauvignon is a remarkable thing.  It certainly rivals any single source of Cabernet Sauvignon in our region as the most complete and delicious of its kind. Keep in mind as you try this wine for the first time that it comes only from this singular block, and contains no other varieties - no tricks. The bar was set for our D11 Cabernet Sauvignon when the 2015 vintage won Top Red Wine at the Houston’s 2020 Rodeo Uncorked! International Wine Competition (out of 3500 entries from 19 different countries). A case of this wine then sold at auction for $105,000, setting a record for all Washington Wine sold at auction. Since then, demand for this release has only grown. The D11 Cabernet Sauvignon is now fully allocated to members.
 
Aerials Cabernet Sauvingnon
Red Mountain is known for having incredibly warm days and cool nights, with sand and loam soils, which all in turn create some of Washington State's most intense Cabernet Sauvignon fruit and truly incredible scale and structure. The wine has a beautiful nose and great balance in the glass. It will not overpower, but rather compliment, most any protein you pair it with. It is also a wine you could certainly enjoy standalone.

Svetly Lezak Czech Light Lager
Svetly Lezak is Czech for light lager and this style of beer is famous around the world for its drinkability. Herbal and floral nuances in the aroma compliment a crisp and refreshing finish to this authentically brewed beer. Mashed in a labor intensive manner, naturally carbonated, and lagered for 2 months make the CFB version of such a classic style worth a try.

Winter Warmer
More UK than just a Scottish style, a Winter Warmer is just as it sounds: a big malty beer with a higher ABV content to stave off the cold weather outside. Dark fruit and bready notes give way to a slight note from the alcohol.

Magic Mexi IPL
Magic Mexi is a mashup of our 2 favorite beers. It is brewed like our Mexican Lager, but dry-hopped exactly like Wizard Juice. The result is a pretty dang good hoppy lager. (Cumin on French toast, however? Not so good.)

Tmave Pivo Dark Czech Lager
Tmave; Czech for dark, & Pivo; beer, is a lager that showcases bread crust, caramel, and subtle coffee roast in the finish. Brewed with floor malted bohemian pils and black malt, it is mashed in a labor intensive way, boiled for an extended time with Cz saaz hops and RO water, then fermented with Budvar yeast and naturally carbonated. Sort of a cousin to the Schwarzbier, it’s not what most people think when you say Lezak... errrr lager.

Mexican Chocolate Porter 
A robust porter with brown, cara, and lots of chocolate malt. When it’s fermented, they add organic Cacao, guajillo, ancho peppers...and cinnamon. Herbaceous, dark chocolate, spice but no heat. Yet still a perfect choice for rounding out Montana’s chilly months.
