Samuel Smith's Ales and Stouts
Pale Ale
Brewed with well water (the original well at the Old Brewery, sunk in 1758, is still in use, with the hard well water being drawn from 85 feet underground); best barley malt, yeast and aromatic hops; fermented in ‘stone Yorkshire squares’ to create a full, rounded flavour and after-taste.
 
Nut Brown Ale
Best barley malt, yeast and aromatic hops; fermented in ‘stone Yorkshire squares’ to create a relatively dry ale with rich nutty colour and palate of beech nuts, almonds and walnuts.

Oatmeal Stout
Fermented in ‘stone Yorkshire squares’ to create an almost opaque, wonderfully silky and smooth textured ale with a complex medium dry palate and bittersweet finish.

Taddy Porter
Malted barley, roasted malt, yeast and hops. Fermented in ‘stone Yorkshire squares’.

Imperial Stout
This distinctive type of beer was originally brewed to withstand the abuses of shipping in foul weather to Imperial Russia. It was a favourite of Russian nobility whose taste for the finest food and drink was world famous.
A rich flavourful brew; deep chocolate in colour with a roasted barley nose and flavour that is a complexity of malt, hops, alcohol and yeast.

Chocolate Stout
The gently roasted organic chocolate malt and organic cocoa impart a delicious, smooth and creamy character, with inviting deep flavours and a delightful finish – this is the perfect marriage of satisfying stout and luxurious chocolate.

Lindemans Fruit Lambic

•Field Recordings- Skings Orange Wine
Field Recordings is the work of winemaker Andrew Jones, who seeks out eclectic and under-the-radar vineyards throughout California's Central Coast to make delicious wines with personality (and way overdeliver for price). Orange wine, organically grown, from California's Central Coast. Made with Chenin Blanc, Riesling, and Pinot Gris with skin contact for a mild level of tannin to balance the notes of apricot, orange peel, and marzipan.

•Field Recordings Wonder Wall Pinot Noir
Energizing notes of black cherries, figs and cola, a touch of almond bark, smoke and black tea. Invigorating hints of white pepper, clove and cinnamon.

•Mary Taylor - Castilla Y Leon Spanish Red
Beautiful red color. Ripe and fresh red fruit aromas. Fresh and powerful palate with a lingering finish. Easy to drink now.

•Pedro González Mittelbrunn, our winemaker, is a León native and Professor of Viticulture & Enology at the University of León. The vineyards are called ‘El Paramo’ and are found in the northern part of the Duero River basin. Prieto Picudo is a native varietal that Professor Mittelbrunn has been instrumental in reviving.

•Zilla Mina- Spanish Red
Bright ruby color, notes of dark red fruit on the palate, and surprising (pleasing) little tannins.

•2019 Monastrell Very brilliant ruby red with a purple rim boasting the youthfulness of the wine. Rich aromas of red forest fruits and whiffs of spices. The palate is well structured, powerful and balanced with notes of black fruits. Manually harvested in dry Mediterranean climate for optimum ripeness of the grapes. Temperature controlled fermentation at 22-26°C in stainless steel tanks with continuous over-pumping to extract maximum intensity of color and aromas. Maceration-fermentation lasts from 2-3 weeks.
