Malt character is accentuated by a German Lager Yeast that ferments dry but round and complex. Johnny Utah's Pale Ale With heavy grapefruit, citrus and resin in the nose, this light colored ale has minimal malt interference, giving the beer a clean finish without a cloying bitterness. Pronounced grapefruit and pine flavors with a faint verdant note. American-style Pale Ale gold medal winner at 2019 GABF. Manny's Pale Ale A careful selection of Northwest hops, premium barley, and our unique yeast give this ale a rich and complex malty middle with a snappy hop finish. Crisp, clean and smooth with hints of citrus and fruit. Bodhizafa IPA This IPA gets its light silky texture from rolled oats. The flavor and aroma both express mandarin and citrus all around. Swifty Pale Ale Swifty Session Pale ale was specially brewed to be the perfect apres ski beer. This light, crisp and refreshing session pale will keep this good times rolling after a full day on the mountain! Flat Light Hazy IPA From start to finish, recipe to kegs, our brewer James created our newest juicy, hazy IPA. Sultana and Idaho 7 hops give this beer bursts of tropical and stone fruit aromas, and Sabro offers mild coconut. Flat Light finishes moderately bitter with hints of citrus peel. Yuzu Mochi Sour The first of our Mochi Ice Cream Sour Series, this beer has a complex tart aroma thanks to 15lbs of yuzu and is rounded out with some sweetness from vanilla and a smooth mouthfeel from added lactose. A mellow sour, this is sure to please any palate.
