Helles
BRONZE MEDAL WINNER - GABF 2025*** Ask most anyone from Munich Germany what their favorite beer is and the answer is resoundingly HELLES! (The word “hell” in German means “light” or "pale") This style is Bavaria’s take on Pilsner - less hoppy with a slight malty balance while remaining clean, crisp, and elegant. Ours is fermented with yeast from the beloved Augustiner brewery in Munich and lagered over a month to encourage a refined, cohesive, and delightfully repeatable experience.

Noble Pilsner
Modern German-Style Pilsners are characterized by their effervescence, noble hop character, and a drier more bitter finish than their Czech counterparts. This iteration was fermented with our house Augustiner yeast and features three noble hop varietals for a beautiful complexity of noble hop character. The impression is a pleasant floral, spicy, herbal aroma with a nice cracker malt base and a delicately brightening acidity presenting dry and crisp on the palate.

West Coast Pilsner
Combining the vibrant, rich hop character of West Coast IPA with the clean, easy drinkability of a German Pilsner, our current iteration of West Coast Pilsner is a beautiful homage to two of our favorite styles. Tasting Notes: Dry, refined, passionfruit, strawberry, pear, tangerine zest, lemongrass, bergamot, sage, basil.

Baltic Porter
Originating in the Baltic countries and inspired by the popular London Porters of the 17th and 18th centuries, this cold-fermented lager features the deep, rich, roasty malt characteristics indicative of Stouts and Porters with the smooth, clean palate and finish of a German Schwarzbier. Tasting notes: cacao, coffee, toasted raisin bread, prune, toffee2025 Bronze Medal - Montana Beer Awards
