Herbal and floral nuances in the aroma compliment a crisp and refreshing finish to this authentically brewed beer. Mashed in a labor intensive manner\, naturally carbonated\, and lagered for 2 months make the CFB version of such a classic style worth a try. \n  \nWinter Warmer \nMore UK than just a Scottish style\, a Winter Warmer is just as it sounds: a big malty beer with a higher ABV content to stave off the cold weather outside. Dark fruit and bready notes give way to a slight note from the alcohol. \n  \nMagic Mexi IPL \nMagic Mexi is a mashup of our 2 favorite beers. It is brewed like our Mexican Lager\, but dry-hopped exactly like Wizard Juice. The result is a pretty dang good hoppy lager. (Cumin on French toast\, however? Not so good.) \nABV 4.9% \nIBU 19 \n  \nTmave Pivo Dark Czech Lager \nTmave; Czech for dark\, & Pivo; beer\, is a lager that showcases bread crust\, caramel\, and subtle coffee roast in the finish. Brewed with floor malted bohemian pils and black malt\, it is mashed in a labor intensive way\, boiled for an extended time with Cz saaz hops and RO water\, then fermented with Budvar yeast and naturally carbonated. Sort of a cousin to the Schwarzbier\, it’s not what most people think when you say Lezak… errrr lager. \n  \nMexican Chocolate Porter \nA robust porter with brown\, cara\, and lots of chocolate malt. When it’s fermented\, they add organic Cacao\, guajillo\, ancho peppers…and cinnamon. Herbaceous\, dark chocolate\, spice but no heat. DESCRIPTION:🍷Headwaters Wine Tasting Event with Revelry Vintners from Columbia Valley\nTuesday\, Jan 23rd 5-7:30\n🌟Enjoy an Evening of 9 Wines Selected from both Columbia Valley & Walla Walla to Taste $15\,  Talk with Wine Revelry Vintners Rep\, Pre-Bottle Sales\n🌟Taste Catering Food Truck\n🍇Featured Wines: \nChardonnay\nThe Chardonnay grape thrives in Washington’s loam and sand soils – deposits left from the Missoula floods.  These soils help influence flavors within our Chardonnay fruit that are both rich and developed\, with hints of mineral and stone fruit.Our Chardonnay carries on our signature style of producing clean\, high acid\, fruit driven wines. The wine counters with wonderful texture and a slight density\, making it a complex and quite delicious wine. 2011 set the bar for our Chardonnay quality in one of the coolest years on record.  Since that time we have been able to apply what was learned there in recreating that style. \nGrenache Blanc Range\nRange Grenache Blanc is a crisp\, high acid wine of incredible purity\, grown high in the hills toward the southern reaches of the Columbia Valley.\nFor five years we searched our state high and low for this grape – the white version of the Grenache grape that we love so much.  For five years we came up empty handed.  Late in the fall of 2018 we heard rumor of a new planting of Grenache Blanc in the lower Yakima Valley.  Art den Hoed and his son John\, who also grow Cabernet Franc for our Rosé had planted a two-acre parcel as an experiment.  We struck gold!  Often used in the Rhone valley of France in white blends\, Grenache Blanc lends itself to many different winemaking styles.  The grape offers wonderful freshness\, acidity\, and the most mind-bending array of flavors. We love a bit of tension in our white wines where there is competition between the vibrance of acidity and the complexity of flavor.  This wine is chalked full of bright citrus\, along with pineapple notes. An incredibly crisp profile bookends the wonderfully flawless\, creamy mid-palate. It is a tremendously refreshing and expressive wine. We continue to be impressed by this lot in only its third release. \nColumbia Valley Merlot\nThe Merlot grape is responsible for establishing Washington State as one of the preeminent growing regions for Bordeaux varieties the world over.  It was also the initial and most influential variety in the founding of Revelry Vintners.  Merlot is all about balance\, silky smooth mouthfeel\, and well rounded flavors\, that when done right linger on and on.  We source our Merlot across the Columbia Valley\, finding sweet spots for the grape on consistent soft grades\, with moderate heat and good air drainage.  This is the sole recipient of American Oak barrels in our lineup of wines\, as Merlot tends to be accepting of the big sweet flavors that those barrels impart from their firing.  This wine is a crowd favorite. \nColumbia Valley Cabernet Sauvingnon\nThe ‘King of Grapes’ thrives throughout the Columbia Valley with many different expressions. At Revelry\, we gravitate toward the warmest of growing sites which yield fuller flavors and more balanced wines. This 2019 release offers aromas of rose petal\, blackberry and pomegranate.  The flavor profile is a beautiful interplay of bramble fruit\, blueberry\, fresh fig and elegant textures\, all leaving an impression that lingers on the palate without end. \nSyrah/Grenache\, Range\nRange is a blend of Grenache\nfrom the southern reaches of Washington State\, and Syrah grown 100 miles to the north. The product of two classic Rhone varietals\, each grown in vastly distinct locales\, this wine is a sultry\, and incredibly balanced array of flavor. It is the extent to which\, or the limits between which variation is possible.\n \nColumbia Valley “The Reveler” Red Blend\nThe 2019 vintage of our limited release cuvee is a fitting follow up to the record setting 2018 vintage\, which sold at auction for $100\,000 in the spring of 2022. Produced from all five classic Bordeaux varieties\, both wines share dense structure\, developed\, silken\, mid-palate textures\, and a food friendly nature. This new vintage has great acid\, a distinct freshness\, and a beautifully long finish. Decant and swirl this wine vigorously to coax out its full potential. \nAerials D11 Cabernet Sauvignon\nPlanted in 1985\, Dionysus Block 11 Cabernet Sauvignon is really as good as it gets for old vine Cabernet Sauvignon in Washington State.  We worked with this fruit for three years before releasing it as a standalone wine as part of the AERIALS Series\, dialing in our approach.  All along the fruit was top-notch.  Each vineyard and each block – even different sites of the same clone – are wildly unique.  This is Terroir.  This being the case\, it takes a lot of time\, many trials and various iterations to make the best wine possible from each individual site.  Finally\, the wines we are creating from this site are everything we had hoped they would be. \nDionysus Vineyard Block 11 Cabernet Sauvignon is a remarkable thing.  It certainly rivals any single source of Cabernet Sauvignon in our region as the most complete and delicious of its kind. Keep in mind as you try this wine for the first time that it comes only from this singular block\, and contains no other varieties – no tricks. The bar was set for our D11 Cabernet Sauvignon when the 2015 vintage won Top Red Wine at the Houston’s 2020 Rodeo Uncorked! International Wine Competition (out of 3500 entries from 19 different countries). A case of this wine then sold at auction for $105\,000\, setting a record for all Washington Wine sold at auction. Since then\, demand for this release has only grown. The D11 Cabernet Sauvignon is now fully allocated to members. \nAerials Cabernet Sauvingnon\nRed Mountain is known for having incredibly warm days and cool nights\, with sand and loam soils\, which all in turn create some of Washington State’s most intense Cabernet Sauvignon fruit and truly incredible scale and structure. The wine has a beautiful nose and great balance in the glass. It will not overpower\, but rather compliment\, most any protein you pair it with. It is also a wine you could certainly enjoy standalone.

Come Join the Festivities. \n🌟Taste Catering Food Truck \n  \nFirkin Oktoberfest \nCask conditioned Bayern Oktoberfest is the classic Bavarian Dark Märzen: not too sweet yet malty with a nice hop flavor. This beer is brewed with Pilsener\, Munich and German Dunkel malt. The hops for this special brew come straight from the Hallertau region in northern Bavaria and the finishing hops are Saaz from the Czech Republic. Bayern’s fastest selling seasonal specialty beer\, this beer is not just called Oktoberfest\, it is Oktoberfest beer. It is brewed according to the standards of the Brewers’ Guild of Munich\, which was established in 1815 when they brewed this beer for the first time to celebrate the royal wedding of King Ludwig I and Princess Maria Theresia. \n  \nSt Walter’s Hef \nWalter\, Jurgen’s new dog\, is an old style short haired St. Bernard like the original 19th century Swiss Alpine rescue dogs. With Walter’s heritage in mind\, we reformulated our Hefeweizen to an old style Bavarian Hefeweizen. We are using the original strain of yeast\, the heart and soul of this Bavarian-style beer delicacy. It produces a hint of clove aroma and a pronounced fruity flavor profile. Paired with a moderate amount of Halletauer hops\, this incredibly drinkable beer resembles a true time capsule of Bavarian brewing. Brewed in strict accordance with the Bavarian Law of Purity of 1516. \n  \nDump Truck \nDump Truck Summer Bock is a slight departure from Bayern Brewing´s usual celebration of Bavarian tradition. Though it is brewed using the old-fashioned decoction mash brewing method\, Bayern has created another beer style totally unique in the Northwest. The recipe for this light\, unfiltered\, lager bock beer uses German sauermalt\, organic Montana “Spitz malt”\, Pilsener malt\, plus three hoppings using Hallertauer Perle and the rare Tettnang aroma hops (both imported from Germany). Dump Truck uses a yeast strain\, specially formulated in Germany\, to make this beer a rare experience – like the one Jürgen Knöller\, Master Brewer and President of Bayern Brewing\, had on one of our company rafting trips. He learned (first hand) that a Dump Truck is when the raft flips\, depositing all contents not tied down into the raging river. He thought this would make an excellent name for this beer\, invoking summer fun and the unexpected: like running a Class VI rapid. \n  \nAnniversary Pilsner \nBayern Brewing made its debut in 1987 as\, then and now\, the only German Brewery in the Rocky Mountains and one of the pioneer microbreweries in the country. In 1988\, Bayern produced the only fresh German Pilsener that could be found this side of the Atlantic Ocean. It was a light colored beer with 5% ABV and poured with a beautiful creamy head. For our 35th anniversary\, we created a new beer that resembles everything that took us to where we are today – a Traditional Pilsener Lager\, brewed in strict accordance with the German Law of Purity of 1516. Reformulated for this anniversary\, “Celebration Pilsener” is brewed with hand selected Pilsener malt\, Northern Brewer hops for a noble bitterness and a late addition of Tettnanger and Spalter hops in the brewing process.
